re-loved is a sustainable marketplace where pre-loved magnetic me pieces are bought, sold, and ready for their next chapter—gently worn and upcycled for the next person, eager to stay out of landfills, and proud to help lower their impact on the earth.
Why did you create re-loved?
The foundation of our sustainability practices lies within our eco-friendly fabrics & planet-friendly packaging. But now, it's time to take things one step further with re-loved—working hand-in-hand with our community to extend the life cycle of our pieces & help keep clothes out of landfills.
Why should I shop re-loved?

Are you looking to live more sustainably? With the creation of re-loved, we provide our customer the opportunity to shop circular. As a result, less apparel is produced, clothes stay out of landfills, and we help protect the planet for future generations.
Want to get a hold of prints from past seasons? re-loved is a treasure trove of old favorites, along with coveted and limited-edition prints that are no longer in production.

How do I pay for a pre-loved item?
You pay via our secure checkout in the same way you'd purchase any Magnetic Me order. Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout as usual.
Are re-loved items eligible for discounts?
No discounts can be applied to re-loved items. The cost of your re-loved outfit goes directly to the seller and also covers the cost of shipping! We want to make sure that our sellers get paid the full value of their outfit. (Items sold on Re-loved are not included in any sitewide sales.)
How long does shipping take?
We ask our sellers to ship your order within 3 business days. The garment will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.
Can I return my pre-loved purchase?
All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. If we confirm the dispute, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always available to help at email@example.com.
What should I do when I receive my order?
Once your order has been delivered you will receive an email to confirm and rate the product. Let us know if your item is up to the standards you expected! If yes, feel free to give your seller a great rating. If not, you can dispute the item in the form that was sent to you via email. Should you have any questions, you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I buy an item if I don't live in the USA?
Not yet! The re-loved service powered by Recurate is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the U.S. and we are unable to fulfill international shipping orders.

Why should I sell my items on re-loved?
Our goal is to give you the best value for your item, sell it fast, and find your items a new home to be loved again and again.
How do I sell my pre-loved item?
Remember to provide complete and accurate information about the item's condition, since you will only get store credit once the buyer confirms its condition. Magnetic Me reviews all pre-loved submissions and has the right to approve or deny listings.

What if my item is not in my purchase history?
Not a problem! If you received a Magnetic Me item as a gift, purchased from a third-party seller, or anywhere else, access your Magnetic Me account as normal. When you see your purchase history, locate the button that says “Sell Another Item," and go from there.
How should I take photos of my item?
Lay your item down on a flat surface (ex: table or a bed) with a solid background. Take photos of the front and back, as well as any imperfections on the item. If possible, take a picture of the sewn-in tag at the neckline and/or the price tag if you still have it.
What can I sell?
You can sell most Magnetic Me products through our pre-loved program. Some items from our current and most loved collections may not be approved to be sold at this time. If a seasonal style is not approved to sell, we suggest checking back once the season has passed to see if it's eligible.
Simply Magnetic Me and EMC2 products are not eligible to be sold. Items purchased from our Re-loved marketplace cannot be resold.
Items that are eligible for approval are subject to change.

Can I resell the items I bought from the semi-annual sale on re-loved?
Any items purchased on Magnetic Me's website during the semi-annual sale are not eligible to be sold on Re-loved.
How should I price my item?
You can name your price, but we will give you a price recommendation based on the original price and condition. You're welcome to adjust this price. We will then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges. These prices are subject to modification during the approval process by Magnetic Me.
Our suggested prices:
- New with tags: 80% of original price
- Like new: 60% of original price
- Good: 40% of original price
- Fair: 20% of original price
- Poor: not for sale at this time
How is my product approved?
Our team reviews every item before it goes live in order to make sure your buyer is happy and your item sells!
- Your pictures so they are accurate and high quality
- Blemishes or quirks to make sure they are accurately described
- The condition you selected to make sure it accurately reflects the images
- The product to make sure it is an authentic piece
When will I be paid?
You, as the seller, will only be paid for your item after it has been delivered and confirmed. When USPS notifies our system the item has been delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm and rate the item. Once this happens, you will be paid.
How will I be paid?
You will receive 100% of the sale price of the item via a gift card when the item has been sold and received by the buyer in the condition you described.
What are the fees for selling my items here?
There are no fees! You get 100% of the sale price of the item when the item has been sold! For example, selling an item for $100 gives you a $100 gift card to Magnetic Me.
Once I get my gift card, how do I use it?
Gift cards can be redeemed at magneticme.com and re-loved. Gift cards can be applied to multiple transactions.
Can I sell an item if I don't live in the US?
Currently, we offer the re-loved collection in the U.S. only.
How should I prepare my item for shipping once it's sold?
If you're selling items, ensure they're in their best shape. Make sure your clothing is laundered. If you'd like, write a note to your seller to include in your package—the best pre-loved pieces come with stories.
What packaging should I use?
Your packaging should fit the size and shape of your item while keeping it protected. We encourage you to reuse packaging from previous purchases or recycled materials. Note: USPS boxes are free at any post office!
How do I ship my product to the buyer?
Once your item has sold, you will receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label via email and must send the item within 3 business days. If you have not shipped your item within 10 days, your transaction will be canceled. You do not have to pay extra for shipping.
Carefully and neatly pack your item pack your items along with their respective labels. Drop it in the mailbox or at the nearest US Post Office. You can also schedule a free USPS package pickup.
